Athletics requires physical skill, & qualities of stamina, fitness, and skill. Athletes learn some basic patterns of running, stopping, jumping and throwing etc.These athletics prepare themselves for various competitions. Our trainers help these athletes to refine their skills & movements encouraging them to be sports specific. These trainers play the role of mentor & therapist to their students. They regularly check the performance of the athlete & teach the rules & regulations of the sports or games as demanded. Our coaches assist athletes in visualizing the strategies, relaxation techniques increasing their concentration.
